There is no black and white answer, the right amount differs from person to person based on individual needs. One piece of advice we found useful when starting to take CBD ourselves was “start low and go slow”. It is easier to control dosage when taking capsules, you can gradually step up your dosage by increasing the number of capsules you take at your own pace upto the stated dosage. Increases should be made every 2-4 days until you achieve the desired effect.
