Returns

We want our customers to get the best products and in case you change your mind regarding your purchase or you are not delighted with your purchase we provide you an option to return purchase within 14 days of receipt.

  1. Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send us email to support@revivo.co.uk or letter sent by post, concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

PLEASE NOTE:

We kindly ask you to avoid damage and contamination of the goods. The original packaging is not essential requirement to effectively exercise the right to return the products, but please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage.

Replacement damaged or faulty goods

You must examine goods on arrival. We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an item, which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.

If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us by email support@revivo.co.uk without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

Alternatively, at your option, we may replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).

Ensure that the goods are packaged safely and securely for their journey back to us, and once agreed with our customer service, send the goods back to our address REVIVO, 6 Sunderland Street, Tickhill, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN11 9QJ

PLEASE NOTE:

- We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been used or has signs of use. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Return costs are non-refundable provided that items delivered damaged or faulty.
