What are we doing?
In response to the recent COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share with you some updates we are making to our business operations.
Online
The warehouse is being cleansed and sanitised on a regular basis including the cleaning of all surfaces.
We are working with suppliers to ensure that we have enough stock to meet the current high level of demand from customers. We are advising customers not to bulk buy as this may lead to products being sold out and unavailable to others.
The website is open 24/7 and we can dispatch orders same day until 4pm.
We will continue to review the situation and ensure that the health of our customers and staff remains our top priority. We urge everyone to stay up to date with the latest information from Public Health and the NHS. In these tough times it is important to listen to the advice so we can get through this and return to normal times.
